The space, which rescues and readapts the typology of the so-called Buenos Aires chorizo houses from the 40s and 50s, invites you on a journey through the tradition and details that accompany this mythical yet simple sparkling water, always present on the home table. The culinary proposal from Sifón Soderíain charge of chef Elías Abaterevolves around small dishes that accompany the protagonist of the house. Sifón Sodería is not only a place to eat and drink, but also a space that calls for the meeting and celebration of neighborhood culture. On Sundays, the headquarters transforms and lights up the grill, while on special occasions evenings are organized with live music and off-menu dishes.
During the month of Octoberin Chacarita, there will be barbecues on Sundays the 12th (which is part of the long weekend) and the 19th, and a special evening with music on Thursday the 16th.
