In a posthumous autobiography, Virginia Giuffre tells how she fell into the clutches of Jeffrey Epstein. She also reveals details about her meetings with Prince Andrew.
Virginia Giuffre committed suicide on April 25, 2025 – now she tells in her posthumous autobiography, which will be published at the end of October, how a 16-year-old from Florida was drawn into the world of the powerful and became a victim of Jeffrey Epstein, and how she met Prince Andrew. The British daily newspaper “” has already published the first excerpts.
Giuffre describes how she worked in Donald Trump’s luxury resort Mar-a-Lago in 2000 as a 16-year-old and then still as Virginia Roberts. At a spa, she replenished towels, served tea and dreamed of one day becoming a massage therapist. Then a woman came into her life who changed everything: Ghislaine Maxwell.
Elegant, worldly, with a British accent, that’s how Giuffre describes her – Maxwell seemed to be the embodiment of the world that Virginia could only dream of. She promised her a job with a rich friend, a man who was supposedly “looking for someone to accompany him on trips.” The man’s name was: Jeffrey Epstein.
What Virginia didn’t know that day was that Maxwell had recruited her into a system of manipulation and abuse. During her first visit to a house on El Brillo Way in Palm Beach, she witnessed a disturbing scene – Epstein was lying naked on a massage table, and Maxwell in turn had instructed her to touch him. Shortly afterwards, a spiral of sexual exploitation began from which there was no escape.
During a job interview, Epstein apparently asked her if she had any siblings and where they went to school and was told that she had been abused by a family friend and had spent some time on the streets as a runaway. But Epstein asked the young girl more questions about whether she would take the pill and what her first time was like.
Jeffrey Epstein apparently threatened Virginia Giuffre
He promised her money, travel and education. In fact, he held Virginia captive with fear and threats. He used the information she had once given him against her so that she wouldn’t leave him: “We know where your brother goes to school,” he said. “And I own the Palm Beach Police Department.” Soon she had to serve not only him, but also his “friends” – men from politics, science and nobility. One of them was Prince Andrew, Duke of York, she writes.
In March 2001, Maxwell flew to London with Virginia. The 17-year-old was supposed to meet “a special guest” in her townhouse near Hyde Park. Maxwell smiled, “Like Cinderella – you’re going to meet a prince tonight.”
When Andrew arrived, Maxwell joked about Virginia’s age. The prince guessed correctly: 17. The famous photo that later went around the world was taken that evening – Andrew with his arm around Virginia’s waist, Maxwell in the background. After dinner and a visit to the Tramp nightclub, the group drove back to Maxwell’s house. “When we get home, you should do for him what you do for Jeffrey,” Maxwell told Virginia. That night, Giuffre said, she had sex with the prince.
The posthumous autobiography reveals shocking details
According to The Guardian, Giuffre writes: “I ran him a hot bath. We undressed and got into the tub, but didn’t stay there long as the prince couldn’t wait to get into bed. He paid particular attention to my feet, caressing my toes and licking my arches. This was the first time for me and it tickled. I was afraid he would expect the same from me. But I needn’t have worried. He seemed to be in a hurry to have intercourse. He then thanked me in his clipped British accent. As far as I remember, the whole thing took less than half an hour.” The next morning, Maxwell reportedly said, “You did well. The prince had fun.” Epstein gave her $15,000.
It didn’t stop at this encounter. According to Giuffre, she saw Prince Andrew twice more. Once at Epstein’s New York townhouse – where Epstein, Maxwell and other women watched Andrew posing with a doll that “looked like him” and again at Epstein’s private island of Little Saint James in the Caribbean. There, Giuffre writes, an orgy took place – Epstein, Andrew, herself and several underage girls. Epstein’s pilot later testified that Andrew flew from the Virgin Islands to Palm Beach with Epstein and Giuffre in July 2001.
Years later, in 2022, Prince Andrew settled out of court with Virginia Giuffre, but without admitting guilt, but with a payment worth millions. To this day, the Duke of York denies any sexual encounter and claims he has never met Giuffre.
Virginia Giuffre took her own life on April 25, 2025. your book”“Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice” will be released on October 21st.
