  • 6-8 tbsp. of water or liquid from cooking the chickpeas
  • 1 small peeled garlic
  • 5-6 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 tbsp. tahini (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. With a food processor, blend all the ingredients until a is formed creamy pasta.
