In the image, Gallardo appeared hugging Fort and accompanied the memory with the phrase: “These days people have you very present in my life. We will have done something good. Always with me. Come on commander. I trust that you will be taking care of me.”

The anger of the Fort family with Virginia Gallardo
In dialogue with Intrusos (América TV), César Carrozza, Marta and Felipe Fort’s lawyer, expressed his displeasure at the publication and described it as an inappropriate act.
“It made me noise. There is no special date, this was a political campaign in which Ricardo was used, and it was the only thing I said”he pointed out.
The lawyer recalled that Virginia had decided not to participate in the audiovisual biography about Fort’s life and considered it contradictory that she now resorted to his image.
“She said that she did not want to participate to take off her image, and that is her right. But Ricardo’s image is being used here and the children did not consent to it.”he explained.
Carrozza also stressed that the model does not usually share publications about Fort, and that the family does not plan to take legal action, although it considers the case to be an improper use of the image.
“We are not going to send a document letter or ask for a cachet, but this is a use of image. In all this time, Virginia did not publish anything either for her birthday or for the anniversary of her death”he added.
Virginia Gallardo’s response to the statements of the lawyer of Ricardo Fort’s children
Far from letting the comment go, Gallardo responded firmly from his X account (ex Twitter).
“How strange that the family lawyer says that I want to profit just when I didn’t want to. Of course, it was profitable for them. PS: there is a file of the same lawyer defending me at that time. Memory”wrote the former vedette and current deputy, who obtained 32.68% of the votes in Corrientes.
Gallardo’s post coincided with a new anniversary close to Fort’s death, which occurred in November 2013. Although the actress has recalled her relationship with the businessman on several occasions, this time the electoral context and her new political role ignited the controversy.
While the “Comandante” family considers that the publication was opportunistic, Virginia Gallardo defends her right to remember who, in her words, “was an important person in her life.”
