Kim Kardashian is apparently officially single again. A judge approved the request.
In early 2021, Kim Kardashian (41) filed for divorce from Kanye West (44). Before the law, both are now single again, as reported by US media. and approved a request by Kardashian.
While the entrepreneur is said to have joined the hearing via video call, West did not appear. She had already applied for official single status in December. The rapper’s side therefore had no objections to the step. The 41-year-old will no longer be called Kim Kardashian West, but only Kim Kardashian.
Regulation apparently only affects marital status
“I have asked my team to facilitate the dissolution of my marriage to Kim so that I can focus my full attention on our beautiful children.” Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after almost seven years of marriage. The two have four children together: North (8), Saint (6), Chicago (4) and Psalm (2).
The divorce is not over yet, as it is said. The regulation only affects the marital status of the two. Both parties still have to negotiate a divorce agreement. West had changed divorce attorneys just prior to the hearing. He was currently represented by attorney Samantha Spector.
