The son of the Crown Princess of Norway, Marius Borg Høiby, and the Playboy model Juliane Snekkestad are said to have separated after almost four years of relationship.
It would have been like a modern day fairy tale for the future Queen of Norway’s son Mette-Marit to marry a model who has even stripped naked for Playboy in the past. But the dream of a future together for Marius Borg Høiby and his girlfriend is said to have burst, reports the Norwegian magazine “Nettavisen”.

The 25-year-old and Snekkestad avoided the limelight and lived away from the big city. With two dogs named Louie and Gabbaana Borg Snekkestad, they lived in Norway’s oldest town, in Tønsberg, south of Oslo. The separation of the two is all the more surprising. The Norwegian magazine writes that it received a text message from the model confirming the split: “Marius Borg Høiby and I have broken up and I feel a lot better now,” the model reportedly wrote. So far, she has not revealed what exactly happened between the two.

As Marius Borg Høiby comes from a previous marriage of Crown Princess Mette-Marit before she married Crown Prince Haakon of Norway, Marius Borg Hoiby can lead a perfectly normal, civil life without royal obligations.
