Britney Spears: “Drugged”
On Instagram, the 40-year-old revealed more horror details from the time. Her family made her work seven days a week, and she had no free time. She wasn’t able to take private baths, and even when she changed, people were there. She was “drugged” and allegedly forced to have blood drawn. “I gave my all when I was working only to literally be thrown away. I was nothing more than a puppet to my family,” she wrote on Instagram. After 13 years, she now wants to enjoy her life, she made it clear.
The musician seems particularly annoyed that no one in her family has been prosecuted in any way. “They all got away with it,” Spears wrote.
She demands consequences
“If you’d ever been in shock for four months, threatened with your life, you’d be upset too. I’m not done yet. I want justice and I won’t stop until something happens to those who have harmed me.” she emphasized on the photo platform. Spears also posted a photo of a cathedral, a Star of David and a map of Australia. The musician did not reveal why she chose these three motifs.
Spears has reportedly already signed a book deal to tell her version of the story. According to Page Six, she is set to receive $15 million for her memoir. Before that, a veritable bidding war between publishers is said to have raged, an insider explained, emphasizing: “The deal is one of the biggest of all time, behind the Obamas.”
