When Ryan Coogler (35) wanted to withdraw a larger amount from a bank in January, he was briefly arrested, as is now known. According to a media report, a cashier accidentally mistook the “Black Panther” and “Creed” director for a bank robber. Bank of America later apologized for the incident.
Coogler, who was wearing a protective mask and sunglasses, handed a note to a cashier after entering a branch of the major bank in Atlanta. According to a police report, it was allegedly noted on this that the 35-year-old wanted to discreetly withdraw 12,000 US dollars.
