Oriana Junco was convicted of spreading images of a bachelor party on networks

chambermaids Claudio Ramos Feijoo, Roberto Parrilli and Lorraine Maggie ordered the sentence against the channels América TV, Nueve and Telefé, against the website Infobae and against Junco, who spread on social networks the images that were reproduced by the other condemned media.

Junco was hired for “presence and erotic show” by the friends of a young man who was getting ready to get married and was the honoree at the bachelor party, which took place on January 14, 2017.

The media “attended that private meeting with another person, who photographed and filmed the show with his cell phone and then published the content on social networks, abusively violating the privacy of all the participants in the event,” the lawsuit said.

“He stated through his networks that he had had sexual relations with the honoree and that his marriage had been suspended (a situation that did not happen). This story, completely distorted, was replicated by the defendant media, which intruded on his privacy.” added the initial writing.

The images were broadcast by the program Morfi, from Telefe; Blessed, from Channel 9; Infame, from Americaand by Infobaeaccording to the ruling, which confirmed the interference in the sphere of privacy of the participants of the bachelor party.

“The fact that the actor knew that his farewell was being filmed, since it was a private party and the recording -the memory of his friends-, cannot be interpreted as his tacit and unequivocal consent and, less, express for his broadcast,” said the cameramen.

The court considered that “everything that happened threatened the quiet and low-profile life that the actor led before what he experienced during the twenty minutes of the bachelor party became public” and “had an impact on the actor’s daily routine in the City of Buenos Aires where, faced with the facts, colleagues, bosses and clients of his work identified him, which provoked and increased the shame due to the exposure, misrepresentation and caricature of the facts”.
