Kylie Jenner (24) faced a major challenge after the birth of her second child, Wolf Webster, as she explains on Instagram.
Accordingly, the experience of childbirth was “a little harder for me personally” than when her first daughter, Stormi Webster (4), was born. She recorded the video, , at the gym six weeks after the birth of her son Wolf.
“It’s okay not to be okay”
In it she describes that the afterbirth phase was not easy for her. “Mentally, physically, spiritually – it’s just crazy,” Jenner said. She doesn’t just want to continue as before without telling other mothers, Jenner continued. “I didn’t even think I would make it through this workout today, but now I’m here and I feel better.”
Kylie also encourages other mothers in childbirth: “It’s okay not to be okay.” She would have caused herself a lot of stress to be “back” again quickly, according to the entrepreneur. Now she often reminds herself that she has brought forth a complete person: “We have to stop putting ourselves under so much pressure.”
