“They stuck a large needle in my arm and that’s exactly why I came here. That was my second dose of vaccination,” said Lordi, who in 2006 won Finland’s first and so far only victory in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The heavy metal singer told Yle he couldn’t remember the number of times the band’s tours had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Lordi, whose real name is Tomi Petteri Putaansuu, said that he used the time well: “There are also good sides to all of this. It gave us the opportunity to be creative. We recorded seven albums.”
Santa Claus also attended the vaccination campaign

For comparison: In, 61.7 percent of the total population have been vaccinated at least once and 52.3 percent have been fully vaccinated.
