Rapper Fedez has revealed he has pancreatic cancer. Chiara Ferragni’s husband reported from the hospital.
The husband of influencer and fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni (34) shared a heavy blow with his followers. Musician Fedez (32), whose real name is Federcio Leonardo Lucia, has pancreatic cancer. He found out last week that he had “a rare neuroendocrine tumor in the pancreas,” the 32-year-old said on Thursday (March 24).
The Italian rapper continues to write that it is one of those tumors that are “not a pleasant roommate” in your own body if you don’t notice them early enough. That’s why Fedez had to undergo a six-hour operation. The tumor, including part of his pancreas, was removed.
The rapper posted several pictures from the hospital on the social media platform. One shows him with the “Peace” sign raised, another shows him next to Ferragni. In another shot, he presents his large scar on his stomach.
He longs for his family
Two days after the operation, he is doing well given the circumstances, Fedez continues. He looks forward to returning home to his children. The 32-year-old also thanked his fans for the many messages of support and all the hospital employees.
Chiara Ferragni and Fedez have been married since late 2018. Their son Leo was born a few months earlier. In March 2021, the two also had daughter Vittoria.
