His girlfriend Kaitlin Reagan’s aunt announced the American’s death on Instagram. “He fought a brave fight with so much love and support from many, many people,” she wrote. “Please join us in mourning the passing of Francesco.” She also thanked everyone who had prayed for LoPresti and his loved ones: “It means the world to his family and mine.”
