Last Saturday, from the Colombian Attorney General’s Office, a statement was published indicating that a preliminary urine toxicological test carried out by forensic experts on the body of Taylor Hawkins indicated that up to 10 substances had been found in his body, including THC ( marijuana), antidepressants, benzodiazepines (hypnosedatives), and opioids.
In an official statement, the Colombian Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed the following after the initial autopsy of Hawkins:
“1. Taylor Hawkins’ preliminary urine drug test showed 10 types of substances, including marijuana, tricyclic antidepressants, benzodiazepines and opioids.
2. The National Institute of Forensic Medicine continues its medical studies in order to fully clarify the events that led to the death of Taylor Hawkins.
3. The Office of the Attorney General of the Nation of Colombia will continue its investigation and will reveal the results obtained as appropriate.”
