Carrey was told in the interview about recent comments made by Dolly Parton in which the country superstar said he would like Carrey to play his former musical partner Porter Waggoner in a Parton biopic.

Carrey, who spends much of his time painting and making art, said: “I really like my quiet life and I really like putting paint on canvas and I really love my spiritual life and I feel like this is something you could never hear from another celebrity say as long as time exists, ‘I’ve had enough. The 60-year-old actor also revealed that he would be selling his artwork as NFTs (referring to the non-fungible token crypto asset), at a special venue called Magic Hour, with its release scheduled for this April.
