Lady Gaga to perform at Sunday’s Grammy Awards

The album is the second collection of duets by the pair, who performed a song by the first, “Cheek-to-Cheek”at the 2014 Grammys. Bennett, 95, has Alzheimer’s disease and was not announced as an artist with Gaga.

Gaga joins a lineup that includes Olivia Rodrigo, BTS, Billie Eilish, Silk Sonic, Brandi Carlile, Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow, Jon Batiste, John Legend, Carrie Underwood, J Balvin with Maria Becerra, HER, Nas, Chris Stapleton, Brothers Osborne and a special presentation of In Memoriam with songs from Stephen Sondheim from Cynthia Erivo, Leslie Odom Jr., Ben Platt, and Rachel Zegler. The show will also have a special tribute to the drummer of Foo FightersTaylor Hawkinswho died at the age of 50 last week in Colombia while the band was touring South America.

The show will also highlight three genres of music: Gospel/Christian, Tropical Latin, and Bluegrass, which are not traditionally part of the show, presumably as buffers leading up to commercial breaks.

The list of artists that will appear in that format are Maverick City Music, Aymée Nuviola and Billy Stringsrespectively. Maverick City Music it is nominated in the gospel and christian music categories. Nuviola is nominated for tropical Latin album, while Strings is a contender for bluegrass and American roots album honors.
