The new Vini wine bar is the new benchmark when it comes to natural wines. Created by the duo Aldo Graziani and Lucky Sosto, both lifelong sommeliers and gastronomists, they decided to create a space that transmits their love for this drink by imposing the new world trend, wines with little intervention, mostly organic or biodynamic. With European airs, Vini invites you to try Francois Lurton’s L’Esprit de Chacayes on Malbec Day, a Malbec with 70% of its varietal composition and 30% Cot.
It can be ordered by the glass or in the bottle and accompanied with some of its many small dishes created to pair with its proposal.

The new venue in Palermo, Winehaus, has a super innovative proposal with 20 rotating taps for draft wine that comes out by the glass and original seasonal tapas in a very relaxed plan.
