The German actor Uwe Bohm (1962-2022) is dead. His fellow actress and wife, Ninon Bohm (51), . “It is with infinite sadness that we announce the passing of my husband, my son’s beloved father and the great actor Uwe Bohm,” she writes about a picture of Bohm. The actor died “suddenly and unexpectedly” at the age of 60. In an e-mail, she also confirmed this to the German Press Agency.
Uwe Bohm was known from the “crime scene”
Uwe Bohm was born Uwe Grossmann and was the adoptive son of director Hark Bohm (82). Since the 1970s he has appeared in numerous television and film productions. Over the years he has had several roles in “Tatort”. In the cinema he could be seen in Fatih Akin’s (48) “Tschick” around 2016 and Bohm was also successful in the theater.
He was “completely speechless,” explains colleague Francis Fulton-Smith (55) in an Instagram comment. “How did that happen?” he wonders. The actor expresses his “heartfelt condolences” to Bohm’s wife and family. “May you find strength and hope in these dark times. And may Uwe always have a handful of stardust under his keel,” Fulton-Smith says goodbye to his friend.
