Indomitable Blanc de Malbec

Indomitable Blanc de Malbec It is a “black white” wine, made from Malbec grapes from the El Peral area, which is an area with lower average temperatures than normal and that is why it is very fresh and gives us grapes with a lot of varietal expression, many fruity aromas. Adrian Toledo, the winery’s oenologist, explains regarding its production that “What we do is press the whole cluster to obtain the must and be able to ferment below to preserve all that aromatic part.” On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of a fruit salad, white peach, rather tropical notes, but on the palate they begin to add hints of red fruits such as morello cherry and cherry because the malbec tannins “pass a little” and that makes it so interesting. And Toledo points out that “this is the difference with a normal white wine: the malbec tannins play in the mouth, they are electric, they give a good sense of structure and they allow us to accompany meals that perhaps with a traditional white “we fall short” or They don’t measure up to that food.”
