Another of the great stars of the party was the five-step menu, which was provided by Eat Catering and also included wine pairing. The first appetizer consisted of shrimp tapadito with leche de tigre aioli, confit sweet potatoes and crispy potatoes, accompanied by a rosé pinot noir; and the second, a piccola burrata, beet carpaccio, apples, walnuts and smoked corn cremolata, paired with a Pinot Noir.
As a main course, grilled trout, creamy zcchini puree, tomatoes and quail egg, and to accompany it a chardonnay. The fourth course marked slow-baked lamb gigoy with fresh herb pesto, stuffed portobellos, solano potatoes and pomegranate seeds. In this case, a red wine was recommended, in the varietals cabernet sauvignon or malbec.
For dessert, the fifth and last step, the menu offered a new millennium of chocolate, passion fruit brown, pistachio ice cream and vanilla cream, with semillon wine.
