Police officer on Amber Heard: She was “not a victim of domestic violence”

In the trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, a police officer told the court that the actress was not a “victim of domestic violence”.

Johnny Depp’s (58) defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard (36) was about a new day of the trial about what happened six years ago in the stars’ penthouse in Los Angeles. LAPD officer Melissa Saenz testified via recorded video. “I did not identify her (Heard) as a victim of domestic violence,” she said in court, according to the report.

The police officer was questioned by defense attorneys. She described what she saw entering and observing the couple’s home on May 21, 2016. At the time, Saenz did not file a complaint and described the incident as “closed” because, in her opinion, there was no crime.

In the recorded statement, Saenz confirmed, according to Deadline, that neither she nor her partner took notes or photos. The officer said that Heard was “red-eyed,” “crying,” “red-faced,” and not making eye contact when they arrived. She did not recognize the occupants of the penthouse, according to the police officer, but was “impressed” by the facility.

Personality Disorder in Amber Heard?

In the process, forensic psychologist Dr. Shannon Curry out. She told the court that she believed Heard had both borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder. Curry was hired by Depp’s legal team and based her diagnosis on a multi-hour session with the actress. According to media reports, she is said to have carried out several tests and also analyzed her medical records.
