ARRIBA transforms the way of drinking with delicious and unusual combinations, which come together in a surprising way and open up a new universe of sensations. Smoked, steamed, textured, clarified and foamed are some of the techniques that they develop with passion and precision.
Within the drinks menu, the Oriental Jasmine, made up of sake, vodka, lychees and matcha tea, all the necessary ingredients to evoke ancient Chinese culture; Vegetable, made from a distillate of pears, clarified pear, pear cider and celery to generate a genuine connection with nature; and the emblematic drink Up with vodka, passion fruit, aperol and red fruit cider. At the same time, Floral, a cocktail with a spring air where tequila, lavender, elderberry and mandarin liqueur are mixed; Y Cloudwhich combines vodka, citrus, cranberries, fennel and pink pepper, a true explosion of flavors in the mouth.
ARRIBA is the most recent creation of the Argentine group of gastronomic entrepreneurs BLA Food Group.
