Professional soccer player Mario Götze (29) and his wife Ann-Kathrin (32) still seem to be on cloud nine. On May 7th, exactly four years ago, the two said yes. To celebrate this properly, the 29-year-old addressed loving words to his wife.

“I look back on four years of marriage to you and I’m still as happy as I look in this picture,” wrote the former soccer world champion in English, posting a cute couple photo. While Götze looks at the camera with his mouth wide open and has his arm around his wife, Ann-Kathrin smiles visibly happily at the camera. “Happy wedding anniversary,” the post continues. His better half didn’t let it go and commented on the post with a heart emoji.
Ann-Kathrin herself published photos in her Instagram story, showing the two on their wedding day in 2018. the 32-year-old wrote to her husband: “Happy fourth wedding anniversary.”
Ann-Kathrin Götze and the 2014 soccer world champion have been married since 2018. A year later, in June 2019, there was a big celebration. On June 5, 2020, their son Rome was born.
