Actress: Golden Raspberry to Sex Symbol: Megan Fox turns 36

As an actress, not everything has gone great so far. And yet she is considered a sex symbol and one of the most attractive women in the world.

In January, she and Machine Gun Kelly announced their engagement. From May, the couple can be seen together in front of the camera in the comedy “Good Mourning”.

After she dedicated a loving congratulations post to her future husband on April 22nd on his 32nd birthday, she is celebrating her own birthday today. Actress Megan Fox turns 36 this Monday (May 9).

Fighting to the top from the simplest of circumstances

Megan Fox, who was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee in 1986 and grew up in poor conditions with her sister, mother and stepfather, managed to directly promote her talent. At the age of five she began training in acting and dancing and was allowed to take part in a number of dance competitions.
In 2001 she made her debut in front of the camera in the US comedy “Ferien unter Palmen”.

Breakthrough with Transformers and sex symbol

The actress was initially content with smaller roles and was seen in sitcoms such as “Two and a Half Man”. Her breakthrough came in 2007 in the iconic film “Transformers”. In the science fiction feature film, she convinced along with Shelia LeBouf in the leading role. In the second part “Transformers – Revenge” she was allowed to take part again in the role of Mikaela Banes. Fox was also intended for the third part. However, since she fell out with director Michael Bay, she was dropped from the plans.

In 2010 she modeled for the Italian fashion brand Armani. That same year, she starred as the female lead in the music video for Rihanna and Eminem’s megahit “Love the Way You Lie.” The beautiful actress is considered a sex symbol and has been voted one of the most attractive women in the world by Maxim and FHM magazines several times.

Global success, but a lot of headwind

Fox has appeared in many extraordinary roles in her career. In 2010 she starred in the drama Passion Play, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. In 2015 she was awarded the negative prize, the Golden Raspberry, for “Worst Supporting Actress”. Her performance in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” was met with enormous criticism. But she was not deterred by such “awards” and continued to show her talent in front of the camera. In 2019 she starred as an American war correspondent in the South Korean film “Battle of Jangsari”.

Fox is also happy privately. After a few relationships, from which a total of three children come, she has been with the American musician Machine Gun Kelly since June 2020. The two have been engaged since January 2022.
