US pop singer Britney Spears (“Baby One More Time”) and her fiancé Sam Asghari (28) say they have set their wedding date.
“Our life is a real fairy tale at the moment. Happy Mother’s Day to you, my future queen,” Asghari wrote in an Instagram story on Sunday. “We also scheduled the big day. But no one will know until the day after.”
In a picture posted, the 40-year-old holds her engagement ring in front of the camera. Meanwhile, the singer herself gave a glimpse of the wedding preparations on Instagram. She posted a photo of what she says is a cat named Wendy and the veil of her wedding dress.
It will be Spears’ third wedding. The singer was married to childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, but only for 55 hours. The marriage was annulled. In 2004 she married her dancer Kevin Federline. With him she has two sons, Sean Preston (16) and Jayden James (15). The couple separated in 2007.
Spears and Asghari met on the set of their 2016 music video “Slumber Party,” in which he played her lover. In September 2021, the couple got engaged. Spears only announced that she was pregnant in April. For the fitness trainer it is the dad premiere.
