Mourning for Klara Höfels: The popular crime actress died at the age of 73.
The German TV crime scene mourns the loss of Klara Höfels (1949-2022): the actress died on May 15 at the age of 73. This is confirmed by the Berlin acting agency Red Carpet Actors. Thank you for Höfel’s “cordiality, openness and incomparable humor”.
The actress was best known for her roles in numerous crime series. She was seen in the “SOKO” series, “Wilsberg”, “Notruf Hafen Kante” and “A strong team”. She also had other smaller roles in “The Young Doctors”, “In All Friendship”, “Behind Bars – The Women’s Prison” and “Jerks”.
Also successful in the theater
In addition, Höfels was successful as a theater producer and actress. She had permanent engagements at the Schlosstheater Celle, the Stadttheater Kiel, the Schauspiel Frankfurt, the Residenztheater Munich and the Staatstheater Stuttgart. Together with her colleague Michael Greiling (72), she has a daughter, the actress and former “Tatort” commissioner Alwara Höfels (40).
