The Season 3 cast includes Hader, Henry Winkler, Sarah Goldberg, Anthony Carrigan, Stephen Root, and Sarah Burns. Returning recurring cast includes D’Arcy Carden and Michael Irby.
Hader co-created the series with Alec Bergboth serve as executive producers along with Aida Rodgers and Liz Sarnoff.

The first two seasons of “Barry” have received a total of thirty Emmy nominations with six wins, including two for Hader for best actor in a comedy series and one for Winkler for best supporting actor in a comedy.
The quick turnaround in season 4 is a far cry from the long wait fans had for season 3 of the series. “Barry” was originally picked up for a third season in April 2019, but a combination of factors, including the pandemic, significantly delayed production.
In Season 3, desperate to put his violent past behind him in favor of his newfound passion, Barry (Hader) attempts to disentangle himself from the world of hit-and-run and fully immerse himself in acting. But getting out is hard. While Barry has eliminated many of the external factors that pushed him toward violence, he soon discovers that they weren’t the only forces at play.
