The minister said that “This program seeks to provide tools to different localities with less than 2,000 inhabitants that seek to join a circuit that will generate greater opportunities for the people of the local community”. “These are destinations that the Province considers tourist towns to accompany and develop,” he added.
Along the same lines, Costa explained that the program offers several toolsfrom assistance and training for entrepreneurs, to infrastructure financing and promotion. “The idea is to consolidate this central activity such as tourism”said the official, who was accompanied at the event by the mayor of Mercedes, Juan Ustarroz.
On the other hand, he highlighted the importance of plan 6×6launched by the governor Axel Kicillowhich includes a exclusive guideline for the tourism field: “There is one of the lines that promotes tourism throughout the province and throughout the year; and requires a state present, accompanying the different destinations and generating development where today they are still incipient”.
