The new season “Beauty & The Nerd” was supposed to start next Thursday (June 2nd) at prime time on ProSieben. But the plans have changed at short notice, as the broadcaster now announces. “Unfortunately, we have to postpone the broadcast of ‘Beauty & the Nerd’ to 2023”,
“Like all BeautyNerd fans, we were really looking forward to the start.” Unfortunately, ProSieben cannot broadcast as planned from June for “production reasons”. “We apologize for any inconvenience.”
What exactly is behind the decision and how the gap in the program will be closed is not known. Actually, the candidates for the new episodes were already certain – whether they will be shown in 2023 remains to be seen.

In “Beauty & The Nerd” eight “nerds” meet eight “beauties”. In the course of the six episodes, the couples should find each other and also have to compete against each other in challenges. There is prize money of 50,000 euros and a makeover. There have been three seasons so far – the last one was broadcast in 2021.
