BeFit: How to train the body, but also the emotions?

She got a job as a receptionist in a gym that made her discover the crossfit sports modality for the first time and little by little, her life changed. The small changes in habits that she generated from her began to bring great benefits to her quality of life and today she is an inspiration for her entire female community.

“BeFit is a concept that arises in response to a problem that affects us all to a greater or lesser extent: the quality of life that we lead is not always what we would like,” explained Guimarey.

At BeFit you are looking for:

  • Train the body while training the emotions.
  • Do not repress those emotions, because many times they are the ones that stop us.
  • Find the balance point.
  • Celebrate successes.
  • Embrace the falls.
  • Promote what does exist, the ability to overcome to approach, with each act, the objective of each one.
  • Work with what happens every day and focus on what is possible, in the different realities.
  • Surrounding yourself with people with similar goals makes the path to travel a pleasant and enjoyable path. That is what Cata proposes when sharing her story and accompanying other women to improve themselves every day.

Search and find feeling better is possible. Not only on a physical level but also on an emotional level.

And how are the results reflected in other people?

“In 30 years I have lost myself, I have found myself, I have gained and shed countless kilos, I have formed a beautiful family, I am watching my daughter grow up. Here I am now, in the middle of my life, jumping into change with both feet and a much lighter and brighter heart. We can all start this type of transformation with the intention of losing unwanted kilos and what we can achieve is much more than that, if we are open to it”, said Mariela Dresch, member of the program.

On the other hand, Loli Diano recounted: “He taught me to persevere, to have patience, to know myself, to accept myself and accept that everything that one sets out to do, no matter how long it takes, is achieved. He accommodated me mentally, he helped me get out of places where I didn’t want to be anymore, where I didn’t feel part of it, but I was so afraid to take that big step. He taught me not to be afraid.”

“I added habits that I never thought could exist in me. And best of all, this never ends. It is something I carry with me. that I enjoy I really found what I like, it amuses me, challenges me and motivates me”, added Luli Scorpaniti, also a member of the community.

“The BeFitters believe that the key to success lies in understanding each other. In learning to differentiate what is good for us from what is not. We know that it is a process that varies for each person, but that, in company, it is more pleasant”, concluded Cata Guimarey.
