‘Modern Family’ star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita are becoming parents again. The couple is expecting their second child in the fall.
US actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson (46) and his husband Justin Mikita (36) are expecting a baby for the second time, as Ferguson announced in a long message. “Justin and I have exciting news, we’re expecting number two! Our growing family will be a family of four later this fall! We’re so excited that Beckett is having a sibling,” the actor captioned a video, which he also explained : “A lot of really terrible things are happening in the world right now, so Justin and I wanted to share some good news with you guys.”
Ferguson and Mikita married in New York City in 2013. They got engaged a year earlier in Mexico, after the couple had been together for around two years. The actor’s first addition to the family came after the end of the sitcom Modern Family, which he has starred in since its inception in 2009. The series ended after eleven seasons, and the last episode aired in the US in April 2020. In early July 2020, son Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita was born.
