Nurses tell their story

Nurses tell their story

“It is difficult to imagine a vocation as intertwined with emotions as nursing. Nurses understand their work outside the manual, threading the professionalism acquired in their years of study with hunches typical of a protective instinct. They are professionals who have the ability to become messengers, confidants, an ear for relief or a hug in time. This is the spirit that encouraged us to weave into a unique book, the strength, temperance, and human warmth of those who poured so many feelings into words,” said Lean Cole.

Brisa is an Argentine health company born in 2011 that actively works to strengthen the profession, supporting leadership, quality training and the training of professionals in their daily work. Among others, the nurses who shared their stories are Jissella Gómez Camos, Ingri Patricia Peña Benitez, Manuelita Arteaga Gutiérrez, Gilda Gabriela Aguirre, Diana Colina Medina and Yeny Garay. Among the artists are the names of Lucía Calabrino, Marcelo Zeballos, María Inés Haas, Mariana Sanz, Marino Santa María and Marta Díez. He is available in ebook format on the Apple Books platform and will soon be on Amazon and Google.
