The winner of the 2nd Pan American Pizza Championship was the Mexican Joshua Serranowho climbed to the podium and became the best pizza chef in America, while, second place went to Argentina, represented by Matías Iacono, and the third place also corresponded to Mexico, led by David Morales. Whilethe winner of the 10th Argentine Pizza and Empanada Championship was Cristian Emiliano Abarzua from Neuquénwho obtained the best average of all the participants in this edition.
In addition to raising the “most important cup in the championship”. Abarzúa became the “Great Argentine Champion” and won important prizes from sponsors and purchase orders for more than one million pesos. The second best average corresponded to Demian Pinto from Buenos Aires, and the third best average corresponded to César Claudio Jaramillo from Chubut.

The events were held in the facilities of pavilion four of the Costa Salguero venuelocated in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, and had the support of Pizza World Championship (organizers of the World Championship of Pizza), Marca País, the accompaniment of Scuola Italiana de Pizzaioli, the Federation of Pastry Workers, Fast Services, Confectioners, Ice Cream Makers, Pizza Makers and Alfajo Makers, and FITHEP Degusta.
