Alexander was briefly married to Spears in 2004 and was arrested Thursday outside the singer’s California home after trespassing on the property. According to police, Alexander was initially taken into custody on an open warrant on another matter. Now he also has to answer for trespassing, stalking and other offenses. Authorities set bail at $100,000, according to TMZ.com.
