A serious accident happened in Ranggen in Tyrol on Thursday: A woman had an accident with a quad and fell 30 meters down. According to several media reports, it is said to be the musician Julia Moretti, the wife of actor Tobias Moretti.
The Tyrolean police confirmed the accident without naming the victims. The report said a 52-year-old woman went off the road in Ranggen “for reasons not yet known” and fell about 30 meters and came to rest under the vehicle. Her husband was able to free her and provided first aid. The woman was then “flown to the clinic in Innsbruck with injuries of an undetermined degree” by the air rescue service.
As the Austrian “Kronen” newspaper reports, an emergency helicopter is said to have rescued Moretti with the help of a rope. Nothing is known about the current state of health of the woman.
