Concerts: Roland Kaiser returns on stage – «very happy»

The “Kaisermania” was canceled last week – because of Corona. But now Roland Kaiser is returning to the stage.

Roland Kaiser is returning to the stage after a long concert break caused by corona.

On Instagram and Facebook he announced on Friday: “Dear friends, my entire team and I are very happy that we can finally be back on stage live at the end of August and celebrate our return to culture with you.” In August and September he is a guest in Kamenz, Leipzig, Goslar, Apolda and Berlin. In almost all cases, these are catch-up dates for concerts that were canceled last year due to the corona pandemic.

Kaiser (69) also said: “You will receive all relevant information about each of my confirmed open air live dates this summer, in particular on the topics of visitor data acquisition, hygiene regulations, rebooking processes, etc.” – And: «We can hardly wait to play for you!»

Last weekend, the singer actually wanted to celebrate the “Kaisermania” with thousands of fans in Dresden – but, as in 2020, it was canceled. “Comprehensive protective measures and a developed hygiene concept unfortunately could not help in the decision-making process for approval by the responsible authorities in Dresden,” the organizer announced to Semmel Concerts.

The “Kaisermania” has been one of the most popular program items on the film nights on the banks of the Dresden Elbe for years. The singer played several concerts there every year, which regularly attracted over 40,000 fans before the pandemic.
