Prince Andrew: Lawyers wanted to ambush him while he was riding

In order for the trial against Prince Andrew to begin, the complaint must be handed over to the Royal. What is not that easy: the plaintiff’s lawyers even wanted to ambush him while he was riding.

It’s getting uncomfortable for Prince Andrew: A lawsuit has been filed against the Queen’s second eldest son in New York for the sexual abuse of a minor. A first hearing is scheduled for mid-September, but in order for it to take place properly, the court papers must be properly handed over to the defendant.

But there is a problem: The prince lives on the other side of the Atlantic, so handing over the application is not that straightforward. Especially since the prince has no habitual residence.

For this reason, the lawyers of plaintiff Virginia Giuffre Roberts are said to have ambushed the 61-year-old in front of Windsor Castle, as the “Daily Mail” reports, in anticipation of meeting him while riding. But they came too late: Prince Andrew is already in Schottlang at Balmoral Castle, where the Queen has called the family together for a crisis meeting.

Prince Andrew cannot remember – but someone else can

While Andrew has so far vehemently denied the allegations and does not want to remember anything, a new witness has now spoken out who is apparently ready to testify under oath that he saw the prince on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island Little Saint James.

It is a former employee of Epstein. The telecommunications specialist told Sun on Sunday that he remembered seeing Andrew and Virginia Roberts Giuffre at the pool. “I thought if I had a camera with me, the picture would be worth $ 50,000,” the man told the Sunday paper.

Orgies are said to have taken place on Little Saint James, in which minors were also involved – Virginia Roberts, who was 17 at the time, is also said to have been there. “If Virginia’s lawyers call, I’ll definitely talk to them and also testify under oath,” said the telecommunications technician.

For Prince Andrew a threatening news: If a witness has seen him, he can no longer talk his way out with gaps in his memory.
