Britney Spears and Sam Asghari got married three weeks ago. The wedding was “long overdue”, as he now says.
Britney Spears (40) and Sam Asghari (28) became a couple about five years ago. A few weeks ago they finally said “yes”. He is now talking about the wedding on US television.
Beaming, Asghari points to his wedding ring, what life as a married man is like. “I have to wear this thing now,” jokes the 28-year-old. The ring is pretty heavy – and therefore a good workout. “You know, it’s just surreal, man,” Asghari continues. Because the couple’s wedding was “long overdue”: “We imagined it as a fairy tale and it was.”

Despite a police operation, the two celebrated their fairytale wedding on June 9 on the grounds of Spears’ villa in Thousand Oaks, California – with celebrity friends like Paris Hilton (41), Madonna (63) and Selena Gomez (29). among other things in her dreamy wedding dress and in a white carriage decorated with flowers.
According to several media reports, it was used because Jason Alexander (40), Britney Spears’ first husband, showed up uninvited just a few hours before the wedding and therefore gained access to the property. Recently it became known that Alexander has to answer for this in court. He is accused of stalking and trespassing.
It is Spears’ third marriage: in 2004 she was married to her childhood friend Alexander for 55 hours, from 2004 to 2007 to Kevin Federline (44), with whom she has her sons Sean Preston (16) and Jayden James (15).
