Corn starch and apple cider vinegar
A facial cleansing made from corn starch and apple cider vinegar binds excess sebum and oil and helps balance the pH of the skin and heal inflammation. Mix enough corn starch with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to make a paste and distribute it on the affected areas. Then leave it on for about 20 minutes and wash off with warm water. With daily use you should see an improvement after a short time.

Honey provides the skin with moisture and provides important antioxidants. Combined with other ingredients, a mask is created that removes dead skin cells without drying out the skin. For a honey face mask, mix two tablespoons of honey with one tablespoon of jojoba oil, one tablespoon of sugar and three tablespoons of oatmeal. Massage the peeling onto the skin of the face for two to three minutes and wash off thoroughly. Repeat this about twice a week until the milia have disappeared.

Castor oil has an antibacterial effect and supports the skin’s healing process. It also helps to bring the skin’s natural oil production under control, i.e. it fights acne and milia. To use, mix a teaspoon of castor oil and a teaspoon of olive oil and gently massage the mixture onto the cleansed face. It is best to apply it every day before going to bed and leave it on overnight.
