Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa is expecting her first child with husband Tarek.
Heather Rae El Moussa, 34, and husband Tarek El Moussa, 40, are expecting a child. The two announced that. “Surprise! Baby El Moussa is coming in early 2023!” the couple wrote for a series of photos on the beach. The pictures show the mother-to-be with a baby bump, the father-to-be and his two children from a previous marriage.
Heather Rae El Moussa: ‘It was a big shock’
“My kids are my everything, so having one is just the icing on the cake. I’m so excited,” Tarek El Moussa told People. “It was a big shock,” says his wife about her pregnancy. “We just didn’t expect it. We had artificial insemination going on. We had frozen eggs, we had a plan.” But then it just happened. “When you least expect it and there is no stress in your life, the world brings us what is meant to be,” says the 34-year-old.
The couple initially had no plans to have children at all. “But as our love grew and we built a life together, I started imagining having a child with Tarek. I started thinking that I wanted to create something with the man I love.” explains the “Selling Sunset” actress.
Heather Rae El Moussa, formerly Heather Rae Young, and Tarek El Moussa have been dating since 2019. In October 2021, the couple married in Montecito, California. Tarek, who became known through the make-over show “Flip or Flop”, was married to Christina Hall (39) from 2009 to 2018, the two have children Taylor (11) and Brayden (6). Since 2019, Heather Rae El Moussa can be seen in the hit Netflix real estate series “Selling Sunset”, in which she and her colleagues are followed in their everyday life as real estate agents for the Oppenheim Group in the Hollywood Hills and on the Sunset Strip.
