“She will be greatly missed by her mother, her three children and ten grandchildren.” Son Eric Trump shared the official statement, while Ivanka Trump chose her own words for her mother.
“She was a model of strength, tenacity and determination in her every action. She lived life to the fullest and never missed an opportunity to laugh and dance,” she wrote alongside a series of pictures shared. “I will miss her forever and will always keep her memory alive in our hearts.”
The background to the death is still unclear. According to ABC News, paramedics rushed to the Upper East Side in New York, where Ivana Trump lived, for a cardiac arrest and found a 73-year-old woman there around 12:30 p.m. (local time).
