Actress Kate Bosworth has filed for divorce from director Michael Polish after eight years of marriage.
Kate Bosworth (39) has officially filed for divorce from her husband Michael Polish (51). citing relevant court documents. Bosworth cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.
However, a war of roses is not in sight for the former couple. In August 2021, the actress and the director announced their separation after eight years of marriage in a joint statement.
No War of the Roses in sight
It said at the time that their hearts remain filled with love and that they are “deeply grateful” to each other in their decision to separate. This may sound romantic to some and perhaps odd to others, but “for us it’s the truth”.
It is the greatest honor for her to have experienced such love and to continue to admire the beauty of love’s development. Bosworth and Polish married in late August 2013.
