The doctor, known from various television programs, has become a father again – less than a year after the death of his first daughter.
Wimmer also remembers them in his post: “Mother and child are doing well!”, He continues. “We are infinitely grateful – and just very happy. We embrace life and imagine that the souls of Maximilia and her little sister met somewhere along the way.”
In his book “When the fist of the universe strikes”, which will be published tomorrow, the 38-year-old from Hamburg deals with the loss of Maximilia. “In my heart, sadness because I miss this little girl infinitely, and excessive joy alternate with a new life,” says a preprint from the book published in the “Bild” newspaper.
Last August, the doctor reported on the “NDR Talk Show” that his six-month-old daughter Maximilia had an aggressive brain tumor. The little girl died a short time later. It wasn’t even a year old. The story moved many people back then – and so many of his fans are now happy with Wimmer. The post was liked almost 40,000 times, and there were countless congratulations. Prominent personalities also sent their congratulations – including Sophia Thomalla, Charlotte Würdig and manager Alain Midzic.
One user summed up the general mood: “Phew, now I have goose bumps and tears in my eyes. Is that nice!” Which once again confirms: Joy increases – when you share it with other people.
