Ben Affleck (49) and Jennifer Lopez (53) are apparently taking the next big steps in their relationship. After the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas on July 17, 2022, Affleck apparently wants to sell his property. a villa in Los Angeles has been listed for a few days, which according to several media reports should belong to the actor.
Located on a 1,250 square meter lot, the luxury property comprises three floors with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Affleck bought the home, which was built in 2017, in 2018 for $19.3 million. Now it should find a new owner for around 30 million US dollars (around 29 million euros). The villa has a lot to offer: a fitness room, a private cinema, a private spa and a walk-in closet are just a few of the highlights listed in the real estate advertisement.
Affleck reportedly bought his bachelor pad shortly after divorcing ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 50, in 2018. It is said to be less than two kilometers from Garner’s home, where the former couple’s three children live.
