Britney Spears’ lawyer is investigating Kevin Federline’s legality

Britney Spears’ lawyer is investigating Kevin Federline’s legality

Britney Spears has called in her lawyer Mathew Rosengart after allegedly defaming her ex-husband Kevin Federline. Her husband Sam Asghari continues to try to protect the singer.

After Kevin Federline announced in an interview with the British broadcaster ITV just a few days ago that Britney Spears’ sons no longer want to see her because of her nude postings, he has now followed up. Federline released video footage of the singer apparently filmed by her sons. The video sequences show Spears reprimanding her sons.

There isn’t much to see in the secret footage as the room was quite dark and the Spears boys were already falling asleep. However, Spears can be heard rebuking one of the two after he apparently complained that the mother was bothering him with cream even though the boys were about to fall asleep. “You better start respecting me, is that clear? You all have to start treating me like a woman worth something. I’m a woman, ok? Be nice to me,” the singer told her sons .

“Britney Spears is loved by the whole world”

In another video, Spears apparently discusses his behavior while driving with one of her sons. None of the videos seem unusual for a mother’s behavior. Federline is said to have only posted the videos, which are also said to have been cut, to want to harm his ex-wife. For this reason, Britney Spears is now turning on her lawyer Rosengart, who also refers to the deliberate harm to his client through the interview: “Britney Spears is a brilliant, talented, extremely hard-working icon who is rightly loved and loved by millions around the world is respected. The same unfortunately cannot be said about Mr Federline who inexplicably decided to give a gratuitous interview that hurt the mother of his children. Britney has been faithfully supportive of her children and she loves them dearly. Whether he does Realize it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of his children’s mother, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he is supposed to protect,” Rosengart said in his statement, which was available to The Mirror portal.

Rosengart is reviewing the case and is not ruling out legal action against Kevin Federline

But Rosengart goes even further, even questioning the question of whether Federline’s actions broke the law: “Apart from his ITV interview, Mr Federline’s unwise decision to release an old video of his children aged 11 and 12 was cruel and low-level. It was abhorrent In addition to his self-abasement and violation of societal norms, he has now created various legal problems for himself, including being implicated in cyber harassment and cyberbullying laws, among others.

Rosengart previously helped Britney Spears with the most crucial thing in her life, getting rid of her father’s guardianship. The lawyer said: “It has been an honor to work with Britney to suspend her father as guardian, help her regain her freedom and dignity and protect her from the type of bullying she has endured in the past had to – and even now we will not tolerate bullying, in any area.”

Together with Britney Spears, the lawyer will now examine the extent to which Federline’s behavior is justiciable or violates the guidelines of the Instagram social media platform. The recordings were made against Britney’s will and released without her knowledge. Kevin Federline himself sees no fault in himself. In an Instagram post, he wrote: “I cannot sit back and allow my sons to be blamed in this way after what they have been through.”

Britney Spear’s husband, Sam Asghari, sees the situation very differently and sees the boys’ rebuke as normal parenting. He also wrote on Instagram when the private recordings were published: “I hope that she will also treat our future children in the same way.”
