Vitali Klitschko and his wife Natalia are divorcing after 26 years of marriage. This has now been announced by the mayor of Kiev.
Vitali Klitschko (51) and his wife Natalia (48) are getting divorced. This is confirmed by the former heavyweight world champion and current mayor of Kyiv. “We filed for divorce together because we’ve been separated for years and want to make it official now.” The statement continued: “We have a very good relationship with each other and respect each other, but we have been living separately in different cities for a long time.” Vitali Klitschko lives in Kyiv, Natalia in Hamburg.
After 26 years of marriage
After 26 years of marriage, the Klitschkos will officially go their separate ways in the future. In 1996, the then sports professional and former model Natalia Egorowa got married. They had three children: their son Yegor-Daniel was born in 2000, followed by Elizabeth-Victoria (2002) and Max (2005) – named after the German boxing icon Max Schmeling (1905-2005).
Natalia and Vitali Klitschko are committed to their country of origin, Ukraine. Most recently, she collected donations for the Klitschko Foundation’s “We are all Ukrainians 2022” campaign.
