Thieves used a moment in front of the FC Barcelona club grounds to rip Robert Lewandowski’s luxury watch off his wrist.
Star footballer Robert Lewandowski (33), who recently moved from FC Bayern Munich to Barcelona, was attacked by brazen thieves. The forward was reportedly signing autographs for fans from his car when several men opened the passenger door and ripped Lewandowski’s luxury watch from his wrist.
The incident happened in front of the Catalans’ club premises, it is said. The 33-year-old was apparently unharmed and was able to take part in training as planned. The police also managed to apprehend one of the alleged perpetrators.
And the watch, which is said to have a value of 75,000 euros, has now been found again. The thieves had apparently buried them in a hurry in a nearby orchard.
