The lavish wedding party took place on Affleck’s 35-acre property in the US state of Georgia. The couple, often referred to as “Bennifer”, got married in the glittering metropolis of Las Vegas in mid-July.
Guests at the three-day Georgia wedding party included Affleck’s longtime friend Matt Damon and director Kevin Smith, according to People magazine. All of the wedding guests wore white – and Lopez wore an Italian-made white Ralph Lauren dress with a long train, Fox News reported. Celebrity website “TMZ” published aerial photos of a covered banquet table on the waterfront.
It’s the second chance
It is the fourth marriage for the 53-year-old singer and the second for the 50-year-old Hollywood star. Lopez was previously married to singer Marc Anthony, among others, with whom she has twins Max and Emme. Affleck was married to actress Jennifer Garner and they have three children together: Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.
Lopez and Affleck announced their engagement in April. Reports of the rekindling of their romance had previously excited many fans.
Between 2002 and 2004, the two were already a couple. However, they postponed their wedding, which was planned for 2003, and finally announced their separation in early 2004. Lopez called her “second chance” with Affleck a “beautiful love story” earlier this year.
