Slipknot and Judas Priest arrive in Argentina: when and where to get tickets

slipknotan alternative metal group formed in 1995, whose members are currently Corey Taylor, Craig Jones, Jim Root, Mick Thomson, Shawn Crahan and Sid Wilsonwill be the band in charge of commanding the opening day of their festival in the country on December 8, prior to the release of their new album The End, So Far.

The closing will be on December 13 and will be headed by Judas Priesta group that was formed in 1969 with Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, K.K. Downing, and Ian Hill, core of musicians that was accompanied by several different drummers over the years. He arrives in Argentina as part of the tour that began in 2021 to celebrate his 50-year career.

Tickets for both days will go on sale this Thursday, August 25 at 12 noon through the official website of Movistar Arena.

What is Knotfest?

Knotfest is a music festival created in 2012 by slipknotwith the intention of expanding the genre and growing the heavy metal community.

So far this year, editions of the Knotfest Roadshow have already been held in the United States, Canada, Germany and, during the weekend of August 12 and 13, it was held in Finland with the participation of Nightwish, Lamb of God, Arch Enemy, Cradle of Filth, Bring Me The Horizon, Blind Channelamong others.

In Latin America, the dates of December 9 in Colombia, December 11 in Chile and December 18 in Brazil have already been confirmed. Now, Argentina joins, on December 8 and 13.
