Jennifer Lopez (53) and Ben Affleck (50) celebrated their fairytale wedding in the US state of Georgia last weekend. The actor is said to have given an emotional speech on Saturday, . At his Riceboro estate, he addressed family and friends in particular to his wife and their children.
A source revealed that in his speech, Affleck “reaffirmed his love for Jennifer and her children.” Accordingly, he said “that the children are a blessing and a gift that only happened because they had not previously married”. Her wedding is now “proof that everything happens for a reason”. So he didn’t go unmentioned that the couple planned to marry years ago: From 2002 to 2004, J.Lo and Affleck were in a relationship and even engaged.
